Mark joined Heedway in 2023 as lead trainer and has a great deal of knowledge and experience in the behavioral health field. Mark has been the Workforce Development Administrator at a local health plan since October 2018. Mark has past work experience as a Clinical Workforce Development Manager and as a counselor for an At-Risk-Youth Program focusing on teens who dropped out of school at the Department Of Emergency And Military Affairs . Mark is on the Gilbert Police Crisis Support Unit as a Volunteer and assists in some trainings for First Responders. Mark has taught as an adjunct faculty member for the National Challenge Institute In New Hampshire and in colleges in Myanmar (Burma).
He is a facilitateor for A.S.I.S.T., SafeTalk (Suicide Prevention) Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid, and EMS. Mark is a licensed counselor and has a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a Masters in Addiction Counseling.
Zach joined in Heedway in 2023 as as a trainer and is currently a senior learning consultant at a Fortune 25 Healthcare Company. Zach has been coaching and teaching for over 15 years and focuses specifically on leader development. Zach has a backgrond as a sales leader and trainer in the advertising and marketing space. He is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Hogan Assessments. He is a firm believer in the importance of intellectual diversity and hopes to help as many professionals as possible advance in their careers.
Cindy Webb, The Owner Of Heedway, is an accomplished leader and corporate trainer. She started Heedway Corporate Training and consulting, L.L.C. to serve clients while putting her knowledge of effective management strategies to use. She has 20 Years of experience in working with teams to implement successful learning and development programs and ignite cultural transformation in the process. Her goal is to offer programs to individuals to help them understand themselves better and learn strategies that can result in the formation of a positive and thriving work culture.
She is a certified instructor in the DiSC Model, CPR, and Suicide Awareness, certified Holistic Health Practitioner, as well as a Certified Personal Medicine Coach and a CPMC Trainer. For those seeking training in suicide awareness and prevention or first aid training in the workplace or community, Webb offers SafeTALK and Mental Health First Aid Training too.
Cindy is passionate about continual learning and currently holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Claremont Lincoln University, a Bachelor’s in Technological Management from DeVry University and is a Certified Personal Medicine Coach.
At the end of 2023 Cindy opened Mind To Energy LLC alongside her husband Morris Webb. She believes it is important for everyone to reduce stress and anxiety and promote well-being. She is looking forward to sharing this practice with individuals in her community and with business leaders and owners.
