Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY


We understand that, at times, plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your training session with us. If you feel the need to reschedule or cancel your training, please notify us as soon as possible.


For cancellations that are made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled training session, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid, minus any registration fees. For cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled training session, we will refund 50% of any fees paid, minus any registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations that are made less than 48 hours before the scheduled training session.


In the event that Heedway needs to cancel or reschedule a training session, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible and provide the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any fees paid.


We hold the right to reschedule or cancel training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, instructor unavailability, or facility issues. There are some training courses that require a certain number of participants in order to hold the training for certification requirements. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the training session at a mutually agreed-upon time.


Some services may require an Intake Document before an evaluation/consultation.

Failure to provide the required Intake information for our discussion is considered 'Unprepared for Evaluation' and our Visit will be cancelled. This is a Forfeit of the scheduled eval/consult, without refund. 

A new Pre-Book & Payment of Consultation will be required to reschedule
